About the role

Advanced non-ACGME training in obstetrics and gynecology.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in surgical management of complex high-risk obstetrical cases, including Placenta Accreta Spectrum.
• Play a key role in resident education by teaching cesarean sections and operative vaginal deliveries.
• Oversee the High-Risk Obstetrics inpatient unit.
• Contribute to clinical care in the High-Risk OB outpatient clinic.
• Participate in a global health component by managing OB/GYN services during a fully funded international rotation in Ghana, West Africa.

Qualifications & Skills

• BE/BC in OB/GYN
• Completed ACGME-approved residency
• Active medical license
• DEA number
• Strong surgical skills
• Teaching ability
• Interest in global health (preferred)
