Key Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day operations for five pathology fellowship programs, ensuring compliance with ACGME, CUGME, and institutional policies.
- Cook onboarding, orientation, scheduling, and exit processes for fellows, residents, medical students, and visiting learners.
- Maintain program data and documentation, including MedHub records, evaluations, rotation schedules, and accreditation requirements.
- Support Program Directors in monitoring program quality, preparing accreditation materials, and maintaining continuous compliance.
- Manage fellowship recruitment cycles, including application review, interview scheduling, virtual interview facilitation, and ranking processes.
- Track fellowship budgets, process expenses, and coordinate with the Business Manager and Program Directors on funding allocations.
- Assist with planning and executing fellowship events, including graduation and other program activities throughout the year.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Entry Level Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Intermediate Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 1 year of professional experience with residency and/or fellowship program coordination.
- A combination of education and related technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a graduate medical education environment and/or previous experience concurrently coordinating multiple Fellowship training programs.
