Feed Dispatcher Loading Operator FM02, 2nd Shift, Bergman Feed Mill, AR

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and document orders
• Schedule loads of feed by creating and organizing feed tickets
• Dispatch loads of feed and distribute them evenly among driver/team members
• Answer calls from Service Techs and Growers
• Organize/flex tasks and change priorities throughout the day
• Take Feed bin inventory
• Operate loading equipment to correctly load trucks
• Answer phone from Growers
• Work in hot, dry, dusty, wet and cold environments
• Work in elevated areas
• Sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity Guidelines
• Maintain good housekeeping including service areas
• Communicate to all levels of Operations
• Lift up to 60 lbs. and/or up to 100 lbs. with assistance
• Stand, Sit, Walk, Climb Ladder/Stairs
• Complete all other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Six (6) months operator experience with one employer in the previous 12 months
• Clerical experience and/or dispatch experience preferred
• Knowledge of DOT trucking procedures preferred
• High school degree or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to complete paperwork, basic math, communicate effectively

Preferred Requirements

• Education: High school degree or equivalent
• Experience: Clerical experience and/or feed mill experience preferred, Knowledge of DOT trucking procedures preferred
• Special Skills: Basic computer skills, Basic Math Skills, Communication Skills, Multi/Flex Tasking, Prioritization/Organizational Skills

Rehire Criteria

• Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days
• If you have worked at Tyson 3 times or more you will not be eligible for rehire
