Fee for Service Outpatient Therapist-Co-Occurring

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in a human service-related field, including social work, clinical counseling, and/or psychology is required.
• A 1-year clinical internship is required.
• Candidate needs to have 20+ hours of availability to work with adults.
• Availability needs to include daytime, evenings, and possibly weekends to work with the children population.
• Billing 15-20 clients weekly, with a productivity of 80% monthly.
• Additional supervision is available to support clinicians working with children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

Deliver therapy services and coordinate care under the leadership of the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor. Provide active engagement of clients, promote retention, and provide therapy to individuals suffering from mild to severe forms of mental illness.

• Mental Health Therapist position in Colmar, PA.
• Earn $35/hour unlicensed and $38/hour licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
• Treatment team member in the clinic behavioral health program for Merakey.
• Primary responsibility includes delivering therapy services and coordinating care.
• Provide active engagement of clients, promote retention, and provide therapy to individuals suffering from mild to severe forms of mental illness.
