• UTMB Student enrolled at least half time

Job Description

This position will be an on-campus position for CLS student lab.

Job Duties

• General Laboratory Skills - Pipeting, dilutions, preparation and staining slides microscope upkeep moderate difficulty.
• Laboratory Preparation: Glassware, Pipets, prepare solutions and run laboratory controls on instruments.
• School of Health Professions Involvement: Open Houses - Assist CLS Faculty and Staff with monthly Open Houses for prospective students. Duties include maintaining a sign in sheet, welcome of Prospective students, organize campus tours, participate in discussion and forum on UTMB and CLS Profession.

Marginal or Periodic Job Functions

Performs other related duties as required.

Salary Range

Commensurate with experience.
