Clinical Laboratory Scientist-1-Part Time and 1 FT Days

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of laboratory tests, many of which are complex, involving numerous steps and techniques and require the use of professional judgement.
• Produces consistently reliable test results that aid the physician in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Oversees, coordinates, and evaluates the operations of respective laboratory sections including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank.
• Carrries out supervisory responsibilities by training employees, planning and assigning work, appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

Requirements

• A current license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist in the State of California.
• Five years of experience preferred.
