About the role

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Federal Technical Recruiter to support critical projects out of Falls Church, VA (Hybrid). The team is seeking an individual with expertise building strategic partnerships between recruiting and business leaders. Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting strategies and hiring solutions.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR, compensation teams, and recruiters to support business hiring needs.
• Leverage market trends and innovative sourcing strategies to improve recruiting outcomes.
• Track recruiting metrics to ensure hiring goals are met.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified technical talent.
• Create accurate job requisitions aligned with business and position requirements.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates, presenting top talent to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and support candidate selection decisions.
• Develop competitive and equitable compensation offers with key stakeholders.
• Conduct compensation analysis, manage offer approvals, and extend offers.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and ensure compliance with OFCCP and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience in government contracting
• Motivated self-starter; results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in working with a team in a virtual environment
• Aptitude in adopting and utilizing research tools such as social media and other niche sourcing tools
• Aptitude in learning a web-based applicant tracking system utilizing and performing daily requisition hygiene / candidate workflow and dispositioning with EEOC and OFCCP compliance
• Ability to be organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, rapidly-changing environment
• Ability to provide reporting and analytics on staffing status and provide analytic updates to management and customers
• Proficiency using MS Office including Excel and Power Point and Microsoft Teams

Total compensation based on experience level - $90,000-$100,000+ based on total years of experience
