We specialize in serving technology, pharmaceutical, and aerospace/defense companies and government agencies by providing seasoned marketing, IT, and operations professionals for both short-term and long-term needs. As a Prime Contractor for the Air Force, Navy, Federal Trade Commission, Federal Circuit Courts, and other agencies, we are expanding our Government team to win more contract awards.
About the role
This is a full-time, remote position based in the US. You must work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality, winning proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs and RFIs/Sources Sought Notices published on eBuy, sam.gov, and other purchasing sites.
- Ensure all proposals meet the requirements and guidelines outlined in the solicitations.
- Perform competitor and incumbent analysis and develop pricing strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather information, develop content, and ensure alignment with Stage 4 Solutions' capabilities and strategic goals.
- Learn and embrace Stage 4 Solutions processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of proposal submissions and related documents.
- Stay current with government procurement processes and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in proposal writing for federal government contracts.
- Experience with proposal writing at consulting or staffing companies is preferred.
- Experience with GSA MAS contracts, responding to RFI and RFQs published on eBuy.
- Strong research, writing, verbal communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, eBuy, sam.gov, HigherGov, and other government procurement software (e.g., fedconnect).
Pay
$75,000 - $85,000 annually (flexible)
