Federal Proposal Manager (Remote)

About the role

Our client is seeking a senior Proposal Manager to lead a complex, large-scale federal submission from win strategy integration all the way through final production. This RFP is expected Nov 1st. Hiring decision will be made the 2nd or 3rd week of October. This is a fully remote W2 contract. Location: Telecommute. Job Type: Contract.

Responsibilities

• Proposal planning and scheduling
• Compliance management
• Storyboarding and content development
• Win strategy integration
• Volume management
• Author coordination
• Review team facilitation
• Action item tracking and accountability
• Production coordination and final quality control

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large federal proposals.
• Experience serving as Proposal Manager on major IDIQ, MAC, or GWAC pursuits.
• FEMA experience strongly preferred.
• GSA Oasis experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with PA-TAC, IA-TAC, disaster recovery, emergency management, or related disaster response/recovery contracts highly desirable.
• Experience managing complex proposals involving staffing, recruiting, surge capability, field operations, training, and program management.

Pay

$90 - $110 per hour
