Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Customer Delivery roles supporting U.S. Federal Government customers
- Proven experience managing federal programs, contracts, and customer relationships in a government contracting environment
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, program execution, and contract deliverables
- Cross-functional team coordination experience including engineering, product, security, customer success, and executive leadership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior government officials and internal leadership teams
- Organizational, problem-solving, and risk management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience tracking program milestones, budgets, KPIs, and reporting metrics to leadership and customers
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and federal security requirements such as FedRAMP, NIST, RMF, or similar standards
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and customer-facing environments
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain or maintain a security clearance, if required
