What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CO/COR communication, ensuring all deliverables and project milestones stay on track.
- Identify and capture new contract opportunities, including CSOs, IDIQs, and sole-source vehicles through strategic relationship building.
- Lead end-to-end proposal development, managing technical volumes, pricing, and compliance matrices for complex federal facility designs.
The ideal candidate
- Has 5+ years of experience in federal program management, capture, or business development at a defense tech or GovCon organization.
- Possesses a proven track record of assembling complex federal proposals and navigating government contracting mechanics with high autonomy.
- Demonstrates experience coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams and familiarity with DoD facility standards or UFC criteria.
