About the role

Phillips Corporation is seeking a high-caliber machine tool or 3D printing professional to join our Federal Life Cycle Team. This role involves driving strategic Life Cycle and Preventive Maintenance growth by uncovering and converting high-value opportunities that maximize customer readiness, operational performance, and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Federal facility site visits to identify and shape advanced manufacturing opportunities
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships to provide lifecycle solutions that extend equipment value and facility readiness
  • Take ownership of the full lifecycle of strategic maintenance opportunities, from lead generation and proposal development through contract wins
  • Manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, ensuring all submissions are compliant and aligned with technical requirements
  • Execute critical pre- and post-award reviews to generate pipeline and growth
  • Build trusted long-term partnerships through proactive engagement, consistent site presence, and close customer collaboration

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of CNC or conventional machine tools, additive & 3D printing technology along with manufacturing and industrial equipment experience
  • 5 or more years of sales experience, ideally focused on the federal government
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, vendors, operations, and customer teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively manage tasks and deadlines
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to travel 60 - 80% of the time throughout the United States and live near a major airport

Pay

The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $75,000.00 and $95,000.00 annually plus uncapped commission as well as auto allowance.

Schedule

You must be available to travel 60 - 80% of the time throughout the United States and live near a major airport.
