- Program Management Discipline - Translate outcomes into structured plans with milestones, owners, timelines, and measurable checkpoints

- Executive Presence - Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and lead executive reviews with credibility
- Risk Detection and Mitigation - Identify early warning signals and build structured recovery plans

Requirements
- Federal Customer Success Experience or Military Background (plus)
- Clearance Required: Top Secret
