About the Role

Responsible for developing, directing, and managing a staff of associates to completely and effectively meet the fuel and retail needs and desires of the Company Guests.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train associates
• Plan, assign, and direct work
• Appraise performance and provide feedback
• Reward and discipline associates
• Address complaints and resolve problems
• Terminate employment when necessary

Supervisory responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Directly supervises subordinate Feather Fuel Supervisors and indirectly supervises Feather Fuel Associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or three to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of three to five years of proven leadership experience
• Minimum of five years of retail fuel experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Excellent communication skills
