Feather Fuel Manager-120019

Responsibilities

• Develops, directs, and manages a staff of associates to meet the fuel and retail needs and desires of Company Guests.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or three to five years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: Must have excellent communication skills, at least three to five years of proven leadership experience, and at least five years of retail fuel experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

Special Qualifications

• Directly supervises subordinate Feather Fuel Supervisors.
• Indirectly supervises Feather Fuel Associates.
• Carrries out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints, resolving problems, and terminating employment.
