FCC2 Performance Analyst Intern

About the role

FCC Cincinnati is seeking an FCC2 Performance Analyst Intern within its Performance Analysis department, reporting to the Director of Player Pathway. The intern will support FC Cincinnati 2 (MLS NEXT Pro) based at the Mercy Health Training Center in Milford, Ohio. This is an hourly paid internship with up to 28 hours per week, and college credit is available if needed.

Responsibilities

• Help drive the performance analysis provision
• Film FC Cincinnati 2 team or goalkeeping training when required
• Post-code FCC2 training sessions in line with FC Cincinnati club playing principles
• Post-code goalkeeper training in line with club position principles
• Post-code and label FCC2 games
• Aid in the production of opposition analysis (written and video based)
• Complete individual research projects

Requirements

• Superb organizational skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work unsocial hours including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work under pressure for long hours
• Represent FC Cincinnati's family-friendly brand in all capacities

Qualifications

• Strong technical and tactical soccer knowledge
• Soccer coaching qualifications (US Soccer D or equivalent)
• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business, Sport Management or a related field
