The Role
The Fulfillment Center Clerk is an onsite role that combines clerical and operational responsibilities to support the daily functions of the fulfillment center. This position supports shipping operations, inventory and reporting tasks, and ensures compliance with client-specific and company-wide standards.
This position plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency, safety, and team coordination across multiple clients and departments.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure compliance with client-specific pack-out and routing guide requirements
- Oversee fulfillment operations for multiple clients on multi-station pack-out lines
- Manage daily clerical reports and track non-merchandise inventory
- Notify supervisors of operational issues and maintain safety protocols
- Maintain productivity and accuracy goals
- Absorb and assist in other departments as needed

What You’ve Done
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic computer applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage reports, inventory, and team performance
- Nice to have: Previous experience in a fulfillment or clerical role, experience supporting multi-client operations, bilingual communication skills
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift
- Able to work overtime and in warehouse conditions (dust, noise, machinery, etc.)
