About the Role
Nantucket Memorial Airport is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Fixed Base Operator team. The Customer Service Representative will provide front-line support to general aviation pilots, passengers, and crew.
Responsibilities
- Processing aircraft fuel and service requests
- Coordinating catering orders
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as answering phones
- Supporting parking operations for airport patrons
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Graduate with 1+ years relevant work experience
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficient computer literacy
Pay
Hourly rate: $32.29 (new hires) - $42.03 (employees hired prior to July 1, 2014)
Schedule
Full-Time, 40 hours per week, LIUNA Union
