About the role
The FBC Program Manager (Fringe Benefit Consortium) plays a crucial role in fostering and maintaining positive relationships between the organization and its program stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction and program success.
Responsibilities
- Operate the Financial Center in accordance with PLANMEMBER’s direction, co-branding requirements, and Financial Center guidelines to serve the Fringe Benefit Consortium (FBC), Southern California school districts, nonprofit organizations, for-profit companies, and other employer groups.
- Cook up the activities of other independent Financial Centers as they relate to the FBC relationship.
- Manage the solicitation and enrollment of FBC school districts, nonprofit organizations, and other employer groups (as well as other mutually agreed-upon markets) to participate in the PlanMember Program and other PlanMember product offerings.
- Recruit qualified FBC Advisors to join PlanMember for the purpose of promoting the PlanMember Program and other PlanMember platform offerings, and to serve FBC-affiliated school districts, nonprofit organizations, and other employer groups (as well as other mutually agreed-upon markets).
- Be responsible for the supervision and servicing of recruited Advisors, including, if deemed appropriate by PLANMEMBER, acting as the Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) for such Advisors.
- Cook up ongoing sales, marketing, and business development activities on behalf of PlanMember.

Pay
The starting salary for this position is typically between $85,000 and $120,000 annually and includes a material Incentive Compensation Program. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, credentials/certifications, and internal equity considerations.
