FB Partners Commissions Supervisor

About the role

To ensure exceptional customer service, efficient agency operations, regulatory compliance, and the timely administration of carrier commission income. To serve as a key liaison between agency leadership, producers, carriers, accounting and customer service staff to support agency growth, retention, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, reconciliation, and tracking of agency commission statements from insurance carriers.
• Review commission reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with carriers and accounting staff.
• Monitor commission receivables and identify missing or delayed commission payments.
• Maintain commission records within agency management systems and accounting platforms.
• Generate commission reports for agency leadership and producers.
• Assist in developing and maintaining producer compensation and commission tracking processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field required or equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of insurance agency experience.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with commission reconciliation, agency accounting, or carrier commission reporting is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in an independent insurance agency environment preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe.
