Fascia/Soffit Installer

About the role

This position supports our trim/carpentry team and installs gutters as needed. It requires at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support the trim/carpentry team
• Install gutters as needed
• Help with fascia/subfascia installation, fascia wrap, soffit (wood/vinyl)
• Work with clients and other employees
• Be groomed for leadership within the field
• Grow with an established brand
• Willing to work overtime

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction
• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
• Interest in growing with the company
• Willingness to work overtime
• Previous experience specifically related to fascia/subfascia installation, fascia wrap, soffit (wood/vinyl)
• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid drivers license

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must pass a background check
• Must have a valid drivers license

Pay

Production based pay ranging from $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
