Seat Installer (Prod)

About the role

Installs seats on Fox products. May also repair seats. Maintains all equipment related to seat installation.

Responsibilities

• Affirms installation orders and gathers needed equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Plans seat installation by evaluating locations, access, and equipment layout.
• Adheres to codes, regulations, and standards.
• Tests and calibrates equipment before use.
• Solves customer concerns and questions.
• Maintains all work records and parts used at each job in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintains parts inventory for service vehicle.
• Keeps inventory log, places inventory orders, and confirms receipt.

Requirements

• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to meet and establish deadlines.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required, but 1+ years of manufacturing or related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Manufacturing Environment
• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
• Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
