About the role

Large progressive family farm seeking a motivated, energetic individual to operate farm equipment, assist with crop handling, support a work crew, and perform deliveries. The ideal candidate enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in their contributions, and is passionate about helping the farm thrive.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors and attach implements
• Hauling and handling crops (loading, unloading)
• Maintain and service farm equipment
• Direct and monitor activities of the work crew
• Participate in agritourism events
• Perform deliveries as needed

Requirements

• General agriculture knowledge
• Equipment and truck driving experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Valid NC driver’s license
• CDL preferred

Schedule

Full-time, year-round position.
