Farm Marketing Consultant Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and risk management plans tailored to individual farm operations.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with agricultural producers and their advisors.
- Confidently guide clients through market decisions by presenting clear strategies and risk management options.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to guide conversations and present clear recommendations.
- Prospect for new clients through networking and referrals while fostering strong connections with existing ones.
- Serve as an objective advisor focused on helping farm families make informed financial decisions.
- Educate clients on market strategies, helping them gain clarity reducing stress in decision-making.
Farm Marketing Consultant Qualifications & Experience
- Preferred Background: 2-4 years of agriculture-related experience, OR
- Educational Background: An Associate or Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience OR equivalent professional experience in agriculture, finance, sales, or consulting
