This is an immediate opportunity to work alongside award-winning, board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Dr. Ray Lee and Dr. Tyler Hill. The right candidate will have the opportunity to build upon Dr. Lee's reputation and referral streams.
About the Role
Dr. Lee and Dr. Hill have built a remarkable practice with a stellar reputation, offering a strong foundation in core procedures, as well as a consistent stream of all-on-fours and some orthognathics. Hospital call rotation is available for surgeons interested in gaining hospital-based experience, which also serves as a great way to network in the community.
The practice provides a loyal and established referral base, with mentorship and day-to-day guidance available to help cultivate your own network. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow and engage with the community, particularly with a younger referral base ripe for development.
With operational and administrative support from US Oral Surgery Management (USOSM), you can focus solely on high-quality patient care while practicing with complete autonomy. There are no production quotas, and you’ll have the opportunity to purchase equity in USOSM.
