Fan Ambassador (Part Time)

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their entire journey—from arrival to departure.
• Create memorable experiences through engaging, personalized interactions.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of company offerings, promotions, and events.
• Consistently engage fans (guests), team members, and leaders with a friendly, professional, and optimistic approach.
• Foster a connected, one-team environment by supporting team members to ensure fan (guest) satisfaction.
• Follow direction from leadership with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team culture.
• Support food and beverage operations by running food and assisting with bussing tables as needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all company and state safety guidelines.
• Support operational needs, including side work and maintaining clean, organized areas.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and perform well under pressure.
• Maintain a consistently positive, professional, and optimistic attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services and/or retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills required.
• Must be fluent in English and able to write in basic English.
• Must be of legal age to work unrestricted hours as outlined by local ordinances and state laws.
• Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).
• Must be able to continuously stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Will be occasionally kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
