Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their entire journey—from arrival to departure.
- Create memorable experiences through engaging, personalized interactions.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of company offerings, promotions, and events.
- Consistently engage fans (guests), team members, and leaders with a friendly, professional, and optimistic approach.
- Foster a connected, one-team environment by supporting team members to ensure fan (guest) satisfaction.
- Follow direction from leadership with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team culture.
- Support food and beverage operations by running food and assisting with bussing tables as needed.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all company and state safety guidelines.
- Support operational needs, including side work and maintaining clean, organized areas.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and perform well under pressure.
- Maintain a consistently positive, professional, and optimistic attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous guest services and/or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills required.
- Must be fluent in English and able to write in basic English.
- Must be of legal age to work unrestricted hours as outlined by local ordinances and state laws.
- Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).
- Must be able to continuously stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds.
- Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Will be occasionally kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
