FamilySearch Center Support Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and onboarding resources.
- Facilitate training sessions and meetings for coordinators and leaders.
- Maintain training documentation, standards, and procedures.
- Partner with global teams to align training and best practices.
- Proactively manage the US and Canada FamilySearch center coordinator training including any new onboarding training needed.
- Create and maintain communications, web content, and digital resources.
- Publish updates, FAQs, meeting materials, and support documentation.
- Review and improve operational guides and resources.
- Collaborate with operations, product, engineering, and global teams.
- Respond to coordinator inquiries and support systems, tools, and data quality.
- Support RootsTech and other FamilySearch events as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business related disciplines.
- 7+ years business leadership experience.
- Demonstrated skills in leading others in making and keeping commitments.
- Building the capability of others including those with medical, emotional, mental conditions.
- A passion for customer service and entrepreneurship.
- Must be able to work well under pressure, and to give clear instructions.
- Must be patient and compassionate with team members, seeking to understand why they act the way they do in order to help them maximize their contribution.

The FamilySearch Center Support Manager supports training, communication, and operational excellence for FamilySearch Centers in the United States and Canada. This role develops resources, supports FamilySearch Center Connect (FSCC), and strengthens the coordinator experience. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about family history and supporting FamilySearch Center leaders.
