About the role

PerLuxe Travels is seeking a Family Travel Specialist who can bring disciplined follow-through to traveler-fit planning across premium resorts, cruises, Disney trips, family and couples travel, group planning, quotes, and travel-rule research. The role focuses on family travel specialized execution within premium travel research, with decisions grounded in current records rather than memory or guesswork.

Responsibilities

• Track, own, coordinate, review, and maintain the Family Travel Specialist workflow by:
  • Helping the team coordinate supplier or booking follow-up.
  • Documenting the reasoning behind important trip choices.
  • Clarifying traveler priorities before recommending options.
  • Researching destinations and products against stated needs.
  • Comparing meaningful tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.
• Use follow-up and group travel support confidently in family travel specialized execution.
• Apply documentation practices without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document premium travel research decisions clearly for teammate comprehension.
• Exercise sound judgment in travel operations, escalating when necessary instead of assuming.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
