Family Transportation Aide
Position Overview
JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Family Transportation Aide to provide safe, reliable transportation for the children and families we serve. This role works closely with caregivers, families, and community partners to ensure access to essential services such as medical appointments, social services, and school.
What You Will Do
- Safely transport children and families to appointments and services
- Aid clients in securing children in approved safety restraints as needed
- Help families transport personal belongings when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle
- Provide courteous, respectful, and compassionate service
- Use a personal vehicle or a JusticeWorks company vehicle when available, depending on office assignment
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle
- Ability to pass all required clearances
- Ability to pass pre-employment and post-offer drug screening
- Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends required

Pay
The pay rate for this position is $16.00-$19.00/hourly.
Schedule
This role requires availability for non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
