About the role

The Weekend Family Time Visitation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing family visitation programs at a local facility. This role involves managing schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee family visitation programs to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Manage and schedule visits to accommodate various family needs and preferences.
• Provide support and guidance to families during their visitation periods.
• Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate effectively with staff, families, and external agencies to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing family visitation programs.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
