About the role

We are seeking a Family Therapist Master’s Level, Family Based Mental Health OCD Specialty to join our team. The position offers great pay, benefits, and retention bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic, case management, psychoeducation and support services with special skills in the area of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and behavior management to families experiencing varying behavioral health and other needs.
• Collaborate with a care team and support the whole family.
• Work with clients to create a flexible schedule.
• Receive an annual salary ranging from $53,000 to $57,000 based on years of experience.
• Enjoy overtime and bonus eligibility.
• Travel and administrative time is paid at the billable rate, including mileage, expenses, and paperwork.

Requirements

• Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• At least two years of direct counseling experience in a child-serving system/agency (masters level must have at least two years).
• Coursework or training related to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, required.
• Experience working with trauma issues.
• Excellent organizational/administrative skills with good computer skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
• A sense of humor.

Qualifications

• Passion for working in community mental health.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children/adolescents diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, non-internship experience.

Pay

This position is available for overtime and bonus eligibility. The annual salary ranges from $53,000 to $57,000 based on years of experience.

Schedule

The position is a 40-hour per-week position that is overtime and bonus eligible. All travel and administrative time is paid at the billable rate, including mileage, expenses, and paperwork.
