Job Summary
Every Child, Inc. is seeking a Family Based Mental Health Therapist to join their innovative community-based organization. The ideal candidate will provide quality services, work in a supportive environment, and have a passion for community mental health.
About the Role
As a Family Based Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for creating treatment plans and providing intensive therapeutic interventions. You will work collaboratively with a care team and support the whole family. This is a 40-hour per-week position with the potential for overtime and bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide intensive therapeutic interventions and crisis management
- Counsel clients and their families using a systems perspective
- Collaborate with a care team to support the whole family
- Work flexible hours based on client needs
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- At least two years of direct counseling experience in a child-serving system/agency (masters level must have at least two years)
- Experience working with trauma issues
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with good computer skills
- Sense of humor

- $50,000 - $54,000 annually based on education and years of experience
- Overtime and bonus eligible
- All travel and administrative time paid at billable rate – including Mileage, Expenses, and Paperwork
