About the role

PHH, Alaska's leading adolescent residential treatment program, is recruiting for a Master’s Level Mental Health Therapist to join their team in one of their Alaska locations. In-person interviews are available to qualified applicants.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in: Psychology, Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Behavioral Sciences or related Social Science
• Experience
• Able to pass a background check

Function

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling
• Provide risk assessment and crisis intervention
• Completes Comprehension Behavioral Health Assessment (BHA)
• Maintain a contemporary knowledge of mental health resources
• Prepare and present pertinent, mental health related groups for resident youth and their families
