Apply Job Type Full-time Description Average hourly is $16.63 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)**** Position Summary Provides direct support to families in the Family Preservation Program to promote child safety, stability, and well-being. Works collaboratively with case managers, therapists, and community partners to ensure families receive necessary services and meet case plan goals. Key Responsibilities Provide daily direct and indirect support to families in home, school, and community settingsCoordinate community resources (e.g., healthcare, childcare, housing, employment, benefits)Collaborate with case managers and therapists to implement case plansOffer emotional support, coaching, crisis intervention, and parenting guidanceAssist families with accessing services such as SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, and employment supportMaintain accurate and timely documentation and prepare records for auditsIdentify and address barriers to family engagement and service successTransport clients as required and attend court proceedings when applicableSupport ongoing communication between families and service providersPromote teamwork, cultural sensitivity, and agency values Qualifications High School diploma or GED requiredValid driver’s license and ability to transport clients Key Accountability Support families in achieving stability by coordinating services, promoting engagement, and ensuring timely, high-quality care.
