Family Support Facilitator (Rapid City)

About the role

West River Mental Health is seeking a Family Support Facilitator to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide strength-based, family-driven, culturally competent services to at-risk youth and families as identified by school systems and other community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation with schools and community agencies
• Accept referrals and conduct intake paperwork
• Assess family needs and ensure families are informed of service options

Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma with or equivalent, preference for experience working with people in a school setting or case management role. Associate's degree in the social sciences or human services field and two years' experience or a bachelor's degree in a human service field and experience preferred.

Qualifications
