We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph: "Join a strong community where all we do is care-for the children and families we serve every day, as well as for our dedicated team members. Our people are our best asset. We listen and we know what you're looking for: You want benefits. We support you with a minimum 50% childcare discount, immediate access to benefits, innovative health programs, 401(k) company match, and much more. You want balance. We offer flexible schedules that work for you, no nights or weekends, the ability to bring your children to work with you, and paid time off. You want opportunity. We invest in your future with ongoing training, tuition reimbursement, credential assistance, and our unique Master Teacher Program. You want recognition. We provide a positive, fun workplace where employees are appreciated." That's like an overview; could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content. We have Position Summary: description of role. That could be "About the role". Then "Key Responsibilities:" list. Then "Minimum Qualifications:" and "Preferred Qualifications:" maybe combine into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills? Actually they list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role: could be Position Summary + intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities list. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications? Or maybe Requirements = Minimum Qualifications. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications? Or maybe Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities section. - Benefits: Compensation and Benefits section includes many benefits. - Pay: Compensation details: hourly rate $28.50-31.65, bi-weekly paid, bonus program. - Schedule: flexible schedules, no nights or weekends, ability to bring children to work, paid time off, flexible PTO. We must not create sections with placeholder text. All these have content. We must not repeat job title. Not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We must not include application instructions (Applications accepted through 9/30/26.) That's maybe considered application instruction; we should remove it. Also remove equal opportunity employer statement. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep the intro paragraph, position summary, responsibilities list, minimum qualifications, preferred qualifications, knowledge/skills/abilities, compensation and benefits details (including health benefits, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, childcare discount, flexible PTO, etc.), pay details (hourly rate, bi-weekly, bonus), schedule details (flexible schedules, no nights/weekends, bring children to work, PTO). We need to format as HTML: use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not output markdown fences. Let's craft. First, maybe combine intro paragraph and position summary into About the role section as prose (maybe two paragraphs). Use

    for each. Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    then
      with each responsibility. Then Requirements:

      Requirements

      then maybe
for minimum qualifications? Or could be

        but they are list-like. Use

          . Then Qualifications:

          Qualifications

          for preferred qualifications. Then Skills:

          Skills

for Knowledge, Skills and Abilities list. Then Benefits:

          Benefits

for list of benefits (childcare discount, health programs, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, etc.) Also maybe include health and wellness benefits list. Then Pay:

          Pay

for compensation details: hourly rate, bi-weekly, bonus program. Then Schedule:

          Schedule

for flexible schedules, no nights/weekends, bring children to work, paid time off, flexible PTO. We need to ensure we don't include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now extract specifics. Intro paragraph: "Join a strong community where all we do is care-for the children and families we serve every day, as well as for our dedicated team members. We provide a positive, fun workplace where employees are appreciated."
