About the Role
White Rock-South Surrey has various family practice clinics seeking locums for coverage ranging from August 2026 to February 2027. Clinics offer flexible hours, days, and support staff, including efficient teams working alongside physicians and varied EMR systems. The role involves providing comprehensive longitudinal primary health care to serve the local community. Physicians can choose their work schedule, including a mix of in-clinic and virtual care.
About Our Primary Care Network (PCN)
We are in our fifth year as one of the first Primary Care Networks (PCN) in British Columbia. Our vision is to enhance patient wellness through a collaborative and coordinated system of care, ensuring patients access the right services in the right place. All family physician clinics in White Rock-South Surrey are involved with our PCN, which includes approximately 27 additional clinicians such as nurses, social workers, patient educators, pharmacists, mental health clinicians, and counseling services.
Location
This is an opportunity to practice family medicine in the beautiful seaside community of White Rock-South Surrey, known for its highly rated schools and diverse recreational activities, including cycling, forest trails, and water sports at White Rock and Crescent Beach. White Rock is five minutes from the US border and 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver.
Pay
Compensation is a combination of physician overhead and billing split, with rates varying by clinic.
