About the role
We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Family Physician to join our growing, doctor-owned clinic in beautiful White Rock / South Surrey. This is a permanent, full-time or part-time position, ideal for physicians seeking a collaborative, supportive, and flexible work environment that truly values work–life balance and quality patient care. The Family Practice proudly serves a diverse and expanding patient community of over 10,000. We focus on personalized, comprehensive, and preventive care while fostering strong, long-term relationships with our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope, longitudinal family medicine care
- Conduct physical exams, diagnose and manage a variety of health conditions
- Coordinate care with allied health professionals and specialists
- Offer health education and preventive counselling
- Maintain detailed EMR documentation (OSCAR Pro)
Requirements
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC)
- CMPA coverage
- Passion for patient-centred, evidence-based medicine
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Empathetic, approachable, and committed to continuity of care

Compensation
- Estimated annual earnings: $300,000 – $400,000 CAD
- Split: 80/20
- No overhead on private billing and panel payments
- Transparent, consistent split structure — all physicians are on the same model
- Eligible for: LFP (Longitudinal Family Practice) Contract, or NTP (New-to-Practice) Contract, or Fee-for-Service
- Contract length: Permanent (long-term)
- Contract break clause: Flexible with advance notice (3-month notice)

Be part of team-based care within our community’s Primary Care Network (PCN), now in its sixth year and highly effective. As a member of the White Rock South Surrey Division of Family Practice, you will receive onboarding support, free UpToDate and Pathways access, inclusion in division meetings, education sessions, networking events, special working groups, and integration opportunities with specialists. The Division also facilitates teaching and mentoring opportunities with the new SFU School of Medicine.
