Family Practitioner/General Practitioner

We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Family Physician to join our growing, doctor-owned clinic in beautiful White Rock / South Surrey. This is a permanent, full-time or part-time position, ideal for physicians seeking a collaborative, supportive, and flexible work environment that truly values work–life balance and quality patient care. The Family Practice proudly serves a diverse and expanding patient community of over 10,000, focusing on personalized, comprehensive, and preventive care while fostering strong, long-term relationships with our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope, longitudinal family medicine care
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose and manage a variety of health conditions
• Coordinate care with allied health professionals and specialists
• Offer health education and preventive counselling
• Maintain detailed EMR documentation (OSCAR Pro)

Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC)
• CMPA coverage
• Passion for patient-centred, evidence-based medicine
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Empathetic, approachable, and committed to continuity of care

Pay

Estimated annual earnings: $300,000 – $400,000 CAD

• Split: 80/20 (no overhead on private billing and panel payments)
• Transparent, consistent split structure — all physicians are on the same model
• Eligible for LFP (Longitudinal Family Practice) Contract, NTP (New-to-Practice) Contract, or Fee-for-Service Contract

Schedule

• Permanent (long-term) position with a flexible 3-month notice break clause
• No call responsibilities
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
