Role located in the White Rock-South Surrey Primary Care Network (PCN) community, a collaborative environment that includes Neighborhood Nurses, Neighborhood Social Workers, free counselling services, and a Pharmacist. The clinic provides efficient support staff and nurses working alongside physicians with EMRs.
About the role
The physician will provide comprehensive, longitudinal primary health care services to meet the needs of the local community. The work schedule is flexible, allowing a mix of in-clinic and virtual care based on your preference.

About the Primary Care Network (PCN)
The White Rock-South Surrey PCN is in its fifth year and was one of the first in British Columbia. Its vision is to enhance patient wellness through a collaborative, coordinated system of care, ensuring patients access the right services in the right place. All family physician clinics in the area are involved, with approximately 27 additional clinicians—including nurses, social workers, patient educators, pharmacists, mental health clinicians, and counselling services—joining the network.

Pay
Compensation is a combination of physician overhead (various) and a negotiable billing split (e.g., 80/20). Benefits and incentives are available, including options for provisional licensees.
