About the role

This position involves taking full ownership of the pipeline for all qualified prospective families, guiding them through a rigorous engagement process, securing their commitment to a significant decision, and sustaining those relationships over the long term.

Responsibilities

  • Taking full ownership of the pipeline for all qualified prospective families—every inquiry, whether it arrives inbound, emerges from an event, or comes via referral, transforms into a substantive relationship centered on you.
  • Organizing gatherings that unite prospective and enrolled families, ranging from broader information sessions to smaller dinners and informal receptions.
  • Shepherding families through the application and due-diligence journey—articulating the school's model, the profit guarantee, and the educational pathway, moving them from curiosity to commitment without resorting to aggressive sales tactics.
  • Maintaining active engagement with every family in the ecosystem—those still deciding, those already enrolled, and those with younger siblings on the horizon.
  • Proactive outreach ensures families hear from you before they need to reach out.
  • Serving as the primary human representative of Founders School for these families, while constructing the scalable relationship and enrollment framework that enables the program to operate and expand.
  • Collaborating directly with the school leadership who manage the highest-tier conversations early on, while you establish the operational engine that supports everything else.

Qualifications

  • Genuine comfort and proven effectiveness in cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Motivated by relationships, not transactions.
  • The ability to independently manage an entire pipeline.
  • A current residence in New York, NY, or willingness to relocate within 60 days.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Benefits

  • No commissions, no quotas, no aggressive closing.
  • Creating something enduring and exceptional rather than hitting short-term targets.
  • Establishing the foundational messaging and relationship playbook that does not currently exist.
  • Building and leading the enrollment team—recruiting, developing, and defining the family experience at every location.

Pay

$200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
