Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership of the pipeline for all qualified prospective families—every inquiry, whether it arrives inbound, emerges from an event, or comes via referral, transforms into a substantive relationship centered on you.
- Organizing gatherings that unite prospective and enrolled families, ranging from broader information sessions to smaller dinners and informal receptions.

- Proactive outreach ensures families hear from you before they need to reach out.
- Serving as the primary human representative of Founders School for these families, while constructing the scalable relationship and enrollment framework that enables the program to operate and expand.
- Collaborating directly with the school leadership who manage the highest-tier conversations early on, while you establish the operational engine that supports everything else.
