About the role
Terros Health is hiring a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner for our Oak Recovery Health Center location in Phoenix, AZ. This position is part of a leading healthcare organization dedicated to promoting integrity, compassion, and empowerment.
Responsibilities
- Conducts physicals/check-ups, medical evaluations, diagnostics, treats illnesses, orders lab tests, provides general and preventative care, prescribes and monitors medications, coordinates with other providers, makes specialty care referrals, educates patients about preventative care, establishes therapeutic relationships with a variety of patients for the purpose of establishing and reaching appropriate treatment goals, within the context of an integrated setting.
- Performs independently or as a part of a treatment team.
- Participates in program evaluation procedures and professional record keeping.
- Provides leadership and cohesion within the clinic environment, and may provide direct supervision to other professional and/or non-professional medical staff, and students.
- Employs therapeutic interventions appropriate for identified treatment issues.
- Sets up appropriate patient files that conform to agency guidelines, best professional practice and State licensing regulations.
Requirements
- Certification Required: AZ FNP License Required
- FNP Experience Preferred
- NextGen Experience is a PLUS
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP)

- MSN: $115K-$120K+ DOE
- DNP: $129K+
