Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Sign-On Bonus Available

About the role

This full-time clinical position involves managing a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and wellness visits both in-office and via telehealth, and collaborating with in-person and virtual teams. The provider will utilize clinical training to perform procedures and participate in continuous learning through weekly rounds and other modalities. Flexibility to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and wellness care
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits
• Engage in ongoing learning and team collaboration
• Perform in-office procedures as trained
• Obtain additional licensure for virtual care as needed

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience seeing patients of all ages, or 1 year plus a fellowship/urgent care experience in the past 5 years
• Current state licensure in California
