Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Sign-On Bonus Available

Role Overview

Seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) to manage a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care through in-office, testing center, and virtual visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad patient panel with diverse healthcare needs
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits
• Perform clinical assessments and in-office procedures
• Collaborate with in-person and virtual teams
• Participate in weekly learning sessions (Clinical Rounds) and team huddles
• Obtain additional licensure for virtual practice as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience seeing all ages within the past 5 years, or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care experience
• Strong communication skills, clinical proficiency, and comfort with technology
• Passion for human-centered primary care and team collaboration
• Adaptability, openness to feedback, and confidence in navigating complex situations
• Maintain licensure in Massachusetts and obtain additional state credentials for virtual care
