Family Nurse Practitioner (Part Time)

Job Summary

Description ZoomCare is seeking a Part-Time, Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team! Come develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team!

Compensation

• A competitive hourly pay rate of $76.00 - $84.00 per hour with additional compensation through our performance-based bonus model.
• 401k match, sign on bonus, relocation assistance and shift differentials for eligible roles.

Clinic Location & Schedule

Clinic locations include Woodstock Clinic: 4415 SE Woodstock Blvd, Portland, OR 97206. Schedule: Thursday/Friday, 11am - 9pm

Essential Functions

• Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures.
• Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model.
• Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
• Experience seeing patients of all ages.
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
• Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

Working Conditions

• Standing for long periods of time
• Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
• Must wear a mask as needed.
• Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
