Family Nurse Practitioner - Full-Time

About the Role

The Family Nurse Practitioner provides high-quality healthcare within clinic and telehealth settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety. They lead clinical teams, review patient histories, perform diagnostics, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans while adhering to protocols, maintaining accurate documentation, and complying with regulations such as HIPAA. Flexibility to work in fast-paced environments and virtual channels is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in clinic and telehealth, meeting patient volume goals.
• Lead and guide clinic staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Review medical histories, symptoms, and diagnostics to formulate diagnoses.
• Order, interpret tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with clinical guidelines and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and support new employee onboarding.
• Maintain professional credibility and positive relationships with staff and patients.
• Support community outreach and adhere to company values of teamwork, communication, and quality care.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and valid licensure with DEA registration.
• 1+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred; experience in urgent care, ER, or family practice highly desirable.
• Ability to treat all ages, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
• Proven telehealth experience and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and compliance skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.

Additional Details

Candidates must complete mandatory training and maintain certifications such as DOT within specified timeframes. This role may include on-call responsibilities and requires adherence to company policies promoting an inclusive and respectful workplace.
