Family Nurse Practitioner - Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent patient care in clinical and virtual environments
• Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure quality services
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and follow clinical guidelines
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with policies
• Engage with clinical leadership and support team communication
• Participate in training, meetings, and community outreach activities
• Support new employee onboarding and training
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and positive work relationships
• Perform duties within standard protocols and adapt to evolving technologies
• Manage patient follow-ups efficiently
• Perform on-call duties as needed, depending on employment type

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) with active license and DEA registration
• 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred, such as urgent care or family practice
• Ability to treat all ages, interpret diagnostic information, and prescribe medications
• Proven experience in telehealth practice
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to compliance, confidentiality, and continuous learning
