About the Role
The Provider is responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, providing both in-clinic and telehealth services to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care, including diagnosis, treatment, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and patient education.
- Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure excellent patient care and adherence to protocols.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient charts and follow clinical and telehealth protocols.
- Engage with clinical leadership to elevate patient care and resolve concerns.
- Participate in community outreach, support new employee training, and promote a respectful, positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and licensing requirements.
- Work efficiently in both in-person and virtual settings, managing patient volume goals and follow-up.
- Attend mandatory meetings, complete compliance training, and adhere to company core values.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and active licensure with DEA registration.
- 1+ years of experience as a provider in urgent care, occupational medicine, ER, or family practice preferred.
- Ability to treat all ages, interpret diagnostic results, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with telehealth and proven ability to communicate effectively virtually.
- DOT certification required within 120 days for full-time and part-time providers.
