Evaluation, Diagnosis, and Treatment

• Evaluate acute illnesses and injuries
• Diagnose and treat episodic and chronic conditions
• Treat patients with walk-ins and same-day appointments

Minor Office Procedures

• Laceration repair
• Incision and drainage
• Orthopedic splinting and related treatments

Physicals

• Sports physicals
• DOT (Department of Transportation) physicals
• Pre-employment physicals
• Annual physicals

Workers' Compensation Evaluations

• Evaluate patients for workers' compensation injuries

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in providing patient care as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Master’s degree (Family Nurse Practitioner) and appropriate state license required
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens, and related compliance standards
• Detail-oriented and confident in medical best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competence with common PC applications, Microsoft Office, and EMR applications
• Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals
• Respect and autonomy in decision-making
• Team-based approach to patient care

Compensation

• Hourly Rate or Salary Range: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP): $55.00 - $84.00 per hour
