Position Overview
Provide low-acuity medical care and admissions H&Ps. Independent practice within a structured, collaborative residential environment. Weekdays only (no weekends are required). Part-time or full-time flexibility. Onsite role (no call).

Responsibilities
- Assess and treat minor illnesses and injuries (rashes, infections, ingrown toenails, common illnesses).
- Complete medical histories and physicals for new admissions.
- Prescribe medications within scope.
- Order and review labs and X-rays as needed.
- Identify conditions requiring outside care and coordinate referrals.
- Collaborate with clinical and residential staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Active Utah APRN license (or ability to obtain).
- 1-2 years post-graduate clinical experience preferred (primary care, pediatrics, urgent care, or adolescent health).
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Comfort working with adolescent behavioral health populations.
